About Project

The Food Literacy Project is an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at raising public awareness by educating individuals about the nutritional content of the food they consume. The project will produce a comprehensive needs analysis and develop an educational module along with a mobile application and informative videos. These resources will be made available in German, Turkish, English, and French, ensuring accessibility across diverse language groups. The primary goal is to empower users to make informed dietary choices, promoting healthier lifestyles and more conscious eating habits. The project will focus on increasing awareness about the importance of label reading and mindful nutrition, encouraging participants to adopt healthier eating practices and be more knowledgeable about the food they consume. Partners from various countries will work together to achieve this objective and increase food literacy across Europe.
