About Meeting

The second Learning, Teaching, and Training (LTT) activity of the Erasmus+ KA220 project “Food Literacy” (Project No: 2023-TR01-KA220-YOU-000174770), funded by the Turkish National Agency and the European Commission, was successfully held in Innsbruck, Austria, on 01–05 October 2025.

The event was hosted by our project partner Compass GmbH and brought together participants from various institutions across Europe:

  • From Türkiye: ODTÜ-MEBİVA, EKAPDER, Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, Mardin Artuklu University
  • From Belgium: Euroactiva

Throughout the program, participants engaged in workshops and discussions on food safety, healthy nutrition, packaging and allergen awareness, and food literacy education for youth. They also joined study visits in Austria to observe local best practices and innovative approaches in food literacy.

This international activity strengthened cooperation among partner institutions while contributing to the project’s main goal: to raise awareness on food literacy, promote sustainable and healthy nutrition habits among young people, and enhance international collaboration in this field.”
