EKAPDER is a privately owned, socially conscious, non-profit organization headquartered in Ankara, Turkey. Our dedicated team is committed to fostering positive change in society through non-formal educational activities focused on youth engagement. We have a strong emphasis on building a more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable society. Our diverse areas of expertise encompass sustainability, circular economy, social inclusion, entrepreneurship, and cultural heritage.

The main body responsible for the execution of farmer training, agricultural extension and consultancy services in Turkey is the “Training and Publishing Department (EYDB)” on behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry. The institution consists of three sub-division: “Training and Extension”, “Publishing and Promotional Services”, and the “Administrative Affairs and Coordination”. There are working groups on a subject basis within each department.

Mardin Artuklu University, founded in 2007, is a young and dynamic state university located in Mardin province, which stands out with its historical and cultural richness. Since its establishment, it has aimed to carry out original studies especially in the fields of language, culture, history, art and social sciences, and has attracted attention with its multilingual and multicultural structure. The university contributes to scientific diversity with departments such as Kurdish Language and Culture, Syriac Language and Literature, which are rare in Turkey.
